Shipping and Returns

 

Shipping:

DOMESTIC - (FEDEX/UPS)

(please note we cannot ship to a P.O.Box)

(FREE Domestic Shipping for Orders Over $100 (excluding Hawaii and Alaska)

Standard- $10 Flat Rate to 48 Contiguous States (2-5 business days in transit)

($30 Flat Rate to: Hawaii and Alaska)

Sorry, we do not currently ship outside the US, but we are working on it.

 

Returns:

You may return Full Priced items for a refund postmarked within 30 days of your order date.

SALE Items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it in with the original hang tags.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different color, item, etc. please kindly place a new order for the item and return your current Full Priced item for a refund.

 

To Prepare Your Return:

Customers within the United States:
Please email us at sales@triple7global.com and include your order# and the item#(s) you would like to return in the email. We will email you shortly with a return label.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs of $10 if within the US, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received, it will be inspected for approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment as soon as possible. Please note: It may take up to 7 days for the credit to reflect on your statement once the refund has been processed.

 

LOST PACKAGES:

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that may become lost in transit. It is the responsibility of the receiver to locate packages. However, we will do everything in our power to assist you. We highly suggest you select a delivery address you trust and preferably one where someone is able to receive and sign for the package.
